Description
Harvestings that began in mid-September have resulted in healthy grapes with controlled yields. The first feature of the 2011 vintage is its aromatic finesse: the proof of this is in the glass with its subtle notes of blackcurrant, airbrush and juniper.
The ventilation develops a slightly more solar character that testifies to the scents of cinnamon, black pepper and soot. Over time Trévallon 2011 will present notes of scrubland and spices. In the mouth, note the quality and the very fine grain of its tannins. The frame is long, harmonious with a power well managed by the breeding. Cedar notes, leather notes and violet touches characteristic of syrah at the end of the mouth. The finish is consistent, ample with a good aromatic persistence of more than 20 caudalies. 2011 is a vintage of time and begins to reveal itself under its best pageantry!
