The 70-year-old plot from which it is derived - 0.14 hectares in all - is located at the centre of the climate, which is cultivated without fertilisers or herbicides. Manual harvesting is carried out at optimum ripeness of the grape. This wine follows the same register as chambolle-musigny, but displays more concentration, greater breadth and length in the mouth and an aromatic palette of great complexity. Magnificent!
