2nd Classified Grand Cru.
James Suckling 96
A rich and intense red with aromas of blackberry, tar and spices. Black tea and blueberries. Full-bodied, highly stratified and multidimensional. Very long and tasty. A beautiful texture.
Jeff Leve 97
Showing a slight lightening of the dress, the wine immediately shows up with its shades of black and red black black black currants and currants, spices, flowers, crème de cassis, thyme, smoke and licorice on the nose. On the palate, the wine is opulent, long, polished, voluptuous and elegant. The fruit slides over the palate, offering waves of deep, ripe red berries. The final persists, gains intensity and stretches. Give it a few more years and you will find even more opulence and sensuality. To drink from 2027 to 2057.
